Here at Hank Lloyd's Tennis we strive to offer the best possible buying experience whether on the internet or in any of our 5 stores. From the weekend warrior to a top level player, our trained and knowledgable staff will assist you to find the tennis equipment that best suits your game. If you are unhappy with any product received, just return it to your nearest location or send it to one of our stores (all returned products must be unused and in original packaging for credit). Exchanges and Returns

To play your best, your tennis equipment must meet your needs and desires. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return it within 30 days from purchase date in original, unused condition. We will exchange the item for you or give you a refund for the purchased price of the item by your original method of payment. All returned items are subject to a $10 restocking fee for tennis racquets and a $5 fee for all other items.
(Please Note: Shipping will not be reimbursed unless an error occurred when filling your order)

Shipping Information

It is our goal to get your purchase to you as fast as possible. We offer a variety of shipping methods to fit everyone's needs and budget. All orders are shipped Monday thru Friday via UPS (unless prior arrangements have been made). Our Standard Shipping Rate includes having your purchase sent to you via UPS Ground. We also ship UPS 3 Day, 2nd Day Air, and Next Day Air at an additional cost depending on the size of the purchase.

Shipping prices are only approximations and could vary slightly depending on ship to address.

Due to our low tennis ball prices, tennis balls are excluded from the Free Shipping promotion.
